Clementine Web Co. ("we," "us") built this policy to explain what information clementinewebco.com collects, why, and what happens to it. This site is intentionally simple, and so is this policy.

What we collect

The only information we collect through this site is what you type into the contact form: your name, business name, email or phone number, and whatever message you send. We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site as of the date above.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry — to follow up about a website mockup, answer a question, or discuss the Care Plan. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with advertisers.

Third parties involved

Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact form submissions to us by email. Your form submission passes through their service to reach us. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's font service, which may log standard request data (like IP address) the way any web request does.
Stripe — if you become a client, invoices and recurring Care Plan billing are handled by Stripe, not this website. Stripe's own privacy policy governs payment data.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form inquiries and client records as long as reasonably needed to run the business and meet tax/recordkeeping obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

Email devin@clementinewebco.com anytime to ask what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, if we add analytics or on-site payments — we'll update this page and the date above.
